Strict Advance Payment Policy (NO Cash on Delivery)

All orders placed on Momoo require 100% advance payment via direct Bank Transfer or Deposit prior to parcel packaging and dispatch. We strictly DO NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Confirmation

Orders placed via WhatsApp are only confirmed once payment slip verification is completed by our verification team. Please share a clear receipt or PDF transfer confirmation.

Pricing & Typographical Errors

Momoo reserves the right to cancel or correct orders if an item is listed with an inaccurate price or out-of-stock inventory due to technical errors. In such cases, full refunds or store credits will be provided immediately.
