Islandwide Transit (2–4 Working Days)

Delivery takes 2-4 working days islandwide across Sri Lanka. Major cities (Colombo, Gampaha) usually receive delivery within 1-2 working days, while outstation districts take 2-4 working days.

Courier Responsibility

Momoo provides courier tracking slips; delays caused by courier service issues or adverse weather conditions are beyond our direct control. We actively follow up on every delivery until received.

Incorrect Delivery Details

If a parcel is returned due to customer unreachable or incorrect delivery address, re-delivery fees must be borne by the buyer. Please make sure phone numbers and addresses are 100% accurate.
